Whole Bone-In Apple Smoked Pork Butt. Approx. 5Lbs of Meat after the smoking process is complete. These are smoked for 6 to 10 hours with apple wood and finished with Butter, Brown Sugar and Apple Juice. Each Butt feed about 10 people.

Aprox 10-12lbs - Serves 20 people.
